You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance. To cancel a darts session, open your confirmation email, click on ‘view order details,’ and select ‘Cancel Booking.’ Please note that we do not accept cancellations via social media messages, email, or telephone. You can also manage and change your booking through the Sinna app.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session to order drinks and set up your darts. Unfortunately, if you arrive late, your playing time will be shortened accordingly to ensure that subsequent bookings can start on time.
Not at all! Our systems are self-scoring and very intuitive. Furthermore, our staff is always happy to show you the basics.
We recommend 2–8 people per dartboard for the best experience. Consequently, larger groups will be allocated multiple boards side-by-side.

Yes, we provide table service directly to the dartboards. Therefore, you never have to pause your game to order the next round of drinks or a pizza.
